Conditions
Minimum 3 night stay. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Rates are valid for a maximum occupancy of 6. No stag/hen parties.
For periods of extended use exceeding one month, single day or single occupancy bookings, a special rate can be negotiated. Simply contact us with your requirements.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
20% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking.
Balance payment required four weeks in advance.
Cancellation within four weeks of booked arrival: 50% refund of balance payment.
